EA & DICE have created their New "Platoons" System... and it's being opened today, (2/27/14).

We don't know all the details just yet... of what this new system entails and what it has to offer a Clan like ours.

Here is what we know so far.
Introducing Battlefield 4 Platoons  

This "Platoons" system will evolve over time, as DICE and EA puts it.  We should know soon... if this is the new Squad-Up feature the BF4 community has been SCREAMING for... or if new and better Voice Comm mics... such as Squad Chat and TEAM Chat, like we had in BF3 will come back or not.

I'm sure many of us are excited to see if "Platoons" will give us the tools a Clan must have for real TEAMWORK, Squad Organization, better Voice Communications, Pre-Party Up Rooms, Easy Holding of Private Clan Wars... and BF4 Competitions and Tourneys.

That's a big list to start with for sure.  But BF4 must have those requirements if it is to continue as a true Clan Supported game... or become EA's and DICE's standard Arcade war shooter for random players to play... as they wait for the next Call of Duty game to be released.

I've sent new Platoons Invites from our Platoon Page, to the principal SoF membership.  Lets all hope that BF4 is back on the rails and will be the game of choice for War Clans like [SoF]!!
