Multiplayer Gameplay Premiere August 1, 2019

As of 8/29/2019, Most of my current SoF Clan news for CoD Modern Warfare 2019 can be found on a friends SOCOMFANS website. New updates to be added here as needed.
This could be great news for Modern Warfare Gamers on the PS4/5 and xBox1.
While we wait for H-Hour... if it ever gets here... and with the new WW2 Battlefield V coming this Fall and with BF1 and CoD WW2 out now... both crap games in my opinion... at least we have some hope for a great new War Shooter. If MW4 includes any Clan Support with Custom User Private Servers... MW4 will be pure GOLD!
Call of Duty: WWII review—The less things change…
Stripping out years of feature creep, but doesn't have anything to replace it.

Call of Duty: WWII certainly has some interesting timing. It has the dubious duty of returning the landmark first-person series to its titular roots at a time when any game centered on fascism, nationalism, and especially Nazism …
CoD WW2 Fails At Multiplayer Game Play and more...

Sadly, this last attempt to gain my multiplayer favor pushed me away even more and I probably won’t touch the CoD series ever again...

This news from E3 is not good... but it might get better before game launch. If this doesn't get better (6 vs 6 for Clans?)... CoD WW2 won't be workable for larger online War Clans like us. Time will tell.
Call of Duty: WWII reveals a disappointing limitation for War mode
If you were expecting big-team battles, you might be a little disappointed.
Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare GAMEPLAY - IS IT GOOD?
Fri Jul 01, 2016 9:39 am by RedKnight
Battlefield 1 looks like a BF4 remake. I have lots of issues at present. Maybe after BF1 is out for a few weeks... I could change my mind. But I have to find at a new game for SoF that has good Clan Support and good Clan controllable Private Servers. And EA/DICE seems to have left that world behind after BF3. So... we'll see.
Cod Infinite Warfare has been taking a beating on …

Call of Duty: WW2 Official Website LINK:
Maybe good news for old SoF and maybe CTU members about the new Call of Duty: WWII with possible Clan Support.
Just found this. Call of Duty: WWII has a potential of real CLAN SUPPORT. See below...
If Call of Duty: WWII has Clan Support, possible Private Servers for Clan Wars, a social Headquarters for members, possible 24 vs 24 player War Rooms... this could get me back into gaming again. This sound similar to the old SOCOM Confrontation and Battlefield 3 multiplayer games.
More intel will be given at E3 2017 in June this year. I will have a report and review then.
"Between matches, players will hang out in Headquarters, a “robust social space” that sounds similar in concept to the Tower in Destiny. Activision promises “interaction, recognition and awards unlike anything experienced in the franchise to date.”
Official Trailer
That's a little vague at this point. No mention about User Custom Private Servers like we had in Battlefield 3. So by E3 2017 in June, we should know more about any CLAN SUPPORT.
This article has more detailed intel:
Below are more rumors and details of Multiplayer with possible Clan Support

Call of Duty: WW2 Headquarters mode could support up to 48 players Thursday, 27 April 2017 09:35 GMT By Sherif Saed
LINK:
Multiplayer in Call of Duty: WW2 supports up to 48 players, but this is probably the number of players that can fit into the Headquarters social space.
Call of Duty: WW2 will be the first game in the series to feature a Destiny-style social space.
Called Headquarters (not to be confused with the game mode), this space allows players to show off their gear, interact with one another, and generally hang out. We actually got our first a look at Headquarters in last night’s reveal event.
It was a very short clip, but we did see players running around what looked like a base by the beach. Now, according to the game’s listing on the Xbox Store (via Reddit), this space supports up to 48 players. The store page does not explicitly attribute the number to Headquarters, but it does mention online multiplayer supporting 2-48 players.
Though this could mean Call of Duty: WW2 has increased player count in one or more of its multiplayer modes (maybe the new War mode?), the page is more likely referring to the new social space, Headquarters. Intersintgly, the game’s page on the general Windows store only mentions a maximum of 18 players, which is in line with previous Call of Duty games.
By comparison, Destiny’s social space, the Tower, supports up to 16 players per instance. We’re going to find out about this and the rest of the game’s multiplayer innovations at E3 in June.
Call of Duty: Ww2 is out November 3 on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.

Call of Duty: WW2 Headquarters Mode Supports up to 48 Players By Brad Jones LINK:
Yesterday saw the much-anticipated reveal of Call of Duty: WW2, a long-awaited return to historical combat for the long-running first-person shooter franchise. Call of Duty: WW2 is set to introduce a lot of new ideas to the series, including a novel new addition to its multiplayer modes.
In between multiplayer matches, combatants will be able to interact in social spaces in a mode that’s being referred to as Headquarters. There’s now word that this activity will support as many as 48 players at any given time, based on information laid out on the game’s Xbox Store listing.
There’s currently not much information on how expansive an environment this activity will take place in. However, with 47 other players in the same area, it seems poised to be a very engaging social experience.
To put that in some context, it’s worth comparing Headquarters to The Tower, a similar social space in Activision’s other flagship first-person shooter, Destiny. As it so happens, a maximum of 16 players can populate The Tower at any given time, so Call of Duty: WW2‘s Headquarters should seem like a very lively place to be at full capacity.
At its core, Call of Duty: WW2 is Sledgehammer Games‘ attempt to bring the series back to its roots. However, additions like Headquarters prove that the development studio is looking to break new ground, as well as revisit some tried-and-tested ideas.
Call of Duty: WW2 launches on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on November 3, 2017.

This seems like a HARDCORE mode with no Health Regen or Ammo Pickups. Or... it could be a "semi-Round Base Play", more like SOCOM Confrontation and BF3. Round Base Play mode is, you die in a game... you sit out until the next round starts. But I don't think COD would use Round Base Play. This would drive little kids nuts!! More like for adults, that want more realistic gameplay.
Call of Duty: WW2 Won’t Have Health Regen, Ammo Pickups By Derek Nichols LINK:
Following a number of leaks, Activision finally revealed Call of Duty: WW2 in detail yesterday, bringing the franchise back to its roots with World War II and giving fans a taste of the campaign with a first look trailer. While previous Call of Duty games have always made the player tend to feel somewhat like a super soldier thanks to regenerating health, the team at Sledgehammer Games are doing away with that mechanic for something a little more authentic.
In recent interviews, Sledgehammer co-founder Glen Schofield mentioned that the team intends to show the vulnerability of the soldiers, rather than letting the player solve everything by themselves. To assist in that theme the studio is completely ditching health regeneration in Call of Duty: WW2, a mechanic which has been a staple of the franchise since Call of Duty 2. Instead, players will need to worry about each bullet and likely have to find med-packs or rely on medic soldiers for help.
The other Sledgehammer co-founder, Michael Condrey, went a bit further with how the team is breaking down the super soldier-like gameplay. Call of Duty: WW2 has several mechanics in place, where one’s squad plays a bigger part in the gameplay, each specialized into a particular role. For players that need help, simply getting closer to that particular member will activate their trait. In the gameplay demo, a player low on ammo can actually receive another magazine from one of their squad mates.
Part of being this squad and working together was about helping each other out in a very different way than in previous games. This is [you] relying on your squad, and so that was a mechanic where you can rely on your squad members to help you, and in that case–when you’re low on ammo–your squad can share ammo.
Condrey also hinted that there may be moments where players won’t have access to particular squad mates during the campaign, requiring that the player change their strategy. Not having constant access to health or ammo, will likely require that players take things slower, and pick their shots to conserve ammo.
Obviously, multiplayer is a major draw for the Call of Duty franchise and while the reveal yesterday was very light on details, players won’t have to wait too long to get a first look. This reveal stream focused on the campaign and Acitvision is planning a big multiplayer reveal in June during E3, likely showing off some of the new features like War mode and the teased Destiny-like social hub space called Headquarters.
Are you intrigued by this big change to the series or would you prefer to have regenerating health? Share your thoughts below.
Call of Duty: WW2 launches on November 3, 2017 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.

COD WW2 Graphics looks very similar to Battlefield 4 and BF1 games. It hasn't been stated yet, what Graphics Game Engine COD WW2 runs on yet. The graphics needed improvement from the last COD game for sure!

Sounds good.
A lot more news on this game is coming in June. We should know if some kind of Clan Support is in the game. If so... we can rebuild the Clan on CoD WW2. I haven't given up on the PS4 gaming yet!! LOL
Next month... the PS4 is getting a major price cut during the big gaming show in June. Like $250 I think.
Stay well my friend!!

I contacted most of the old team in SoF and some in CTU a few weeks ago about CoD WW2 and an SoF rebuilding. Many said to e-mail them if the game can work for us and they will join back. Many of our crew said they miss gaming... since most quit gaming altogether after BF4. Most didn't even buy BF1... I know I didn't! LOL
