This Could Be Huge! | Thu May 31, 2018 10:16 am by RedKnight | This could be great news for Modern Warfare Gamers on the PS4/5 and xBox1.
While we wait for H-Hour... if it ever gets here... and with the new WW2 Battlefield V coming this Fall and with BF1 and CoD WW2 out now... both crap games in my opinion... at least we have some hope for a great new War Shooter. If MW4 includes any Clan Support with Custom User Private Servers... MW4 will be pure GOLD!

Call of Duty: WWII review—The less things change… | Fri Nov 10, 2017 11:12 am by RedKnight | Call of Duty: WWII review—The less things change…
Stripping out years of feature creep, but doesn't have anything to replace it.

Call of Duty: WWII certainly has some interesting timing. It has the dubious duty of returning the landmark first-person series to its titular roots at a time when any game centered on fascism, nationalism, and especially Nazism …

Disappointing limitation for War mode | Wed Jun 14, 2017 9:18 am by RedKnight | This news from E3 is not good... but it might get better before game launch. If this doesn't get better (6 vs 6 for Clans?)... CoD WW2 won't be workable for larger online War Clans like us. Time will tell.
Call of Duty: WWII reveals a disappointing limitation for War mode
If you were expecting big-team battles, you might be a little disappointed.

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare GAMEPLAY - IS IT GOOD? | Fri Jul 01, 2016 9:39 am by RedKnight | Battlefield 1 looks like a BF4 remake. I have lots of issues at present. Maybe after BF1 is out for a few weeks... I could change my mind. But I have to find at a new game for SoF that has good Clan Support and good Clan controllable Private Servers. And EA/DICE seems to have left that world behind after BF3. So... we'll see.
Cod Infinite Warfare has been taking a beating on …

| I have this idea of opening a hangout, where you can gather with some friends and game together in the same place. The idea is to have different consoles (PS3/4,XBOX, computers, and maybe even a Wii, and some old school consoles) set up in a descent sized room/building on some flat screens. People can come in and rent time on whatever game or console they preferred, and serve some food and beverages, and have a good time gaming. I would schedule days and times dedicated to a certain game. Example: Monday night, have like a clan night were you can sign up a 4 person team, and battle against another team in the same location. Tuesday night, have a madden or sports night, same concept. Once a month hold a big competition, and have a prizes for the winners. People are always saying how "gamer nerds" have no friends and stay home all the time, But beg to differ. I know plenty of people that game and have wives, jobs, own business's, and live very normal lives. Just an idea I had. Wanted to run it by you guys and get a feeling off of it. My company just finished a job that will allow me to venture in an investment. This was just the first idea I had. Please comment and let me know what you think. Pro's and Con's.

| Well....... since we are scattered all over the world... we need to first, look into investing in an airline company... like American or United... so we can get FREE tickets to get to your gaming events!!!!! LOL
I'm not sure what you are planning with this. I know you are in Florida.... so does that mean my wife and family can fly free to Florida... and we can all stay at your house??? Now that sounds cool to me!! I'll bring my own SONY Hand Controller!!! And my mouse!!!
Please have your fridge well stocked with beer and wings!!!! | |

| I assume you are talking about starting up a new business, on the idea from your first post. At this time in gaming... with the PS4 and XBone coming out soon... the "gamer nerds" are going to be glued to their couches for the next 8 months with GTA5 and BF4 anyway. I will!! The big professional gamer arcades that have open up here in my city in great locations like the big Malls and such with great traffic... didn't last long and were out of business in less than 6 months. And they had everything from pinball to the best games out there. And that was during the PS2 days... as the PS3 was coming out. So if you don't have a unique "HOOK" to get players off their couches... Pizza and Beer won't be enough. And you will need a liquor license to make good money on that. You won't make money selling Diet Coke!!! Oh yeah... a food license also! Then... comes DRM, licensing the games to make money on... and copyrights. You may own every copy of the game disks you are using... but if you use them in a business setting and make profits and money with them and EA/UbiSoft/Rockstar and the others aren't getting their cut... THEY WILL SUE YOUR ASS TO THE WALL!!! LOL I could go on and on here... but you can think of the possible stumbling blocks to this. There's a lot to look at. If it was me... I wouldn't open up a Gaming Arcade. I build and promote a Gaming Competition Tourney Website similar to what Urgent Fury & GameBattles does. A Competition Website could have the same issues that a brick and mortar store could have... but much less overhead. On the PS4 and BF4/COD and other games... Competitions and Tournaments will be a huge opportunity to make money on. Some competition websites offer FREE competitions... with Sponsors paying for the prizes and your time with some advertising. Other Competition sites charge a fee to enter their tourneys and that helps pay for prizes and your time. You might not get rich... but it could be a lot of fun. And if your website gets popular... you can sell advertising... then you start getting rich! But don't kid yourself.... running a Professional Gaming Competition website won't be easy. You'll need some managers to run the thing... but what's nice about that... is your managers can be anywhere in the world and do that job! No Health Care for them... but in time... they will want a paycheck. Unless your wife or family member is the manager!! Can you say, "HOME BUSINESS!!" and Home Business Tax deductions. It will take a lot of their time to do the job with your help. Getting started will be all uphill at first with advertising the site and promotion. And you will need a great webmaster!!! But if you get to a level of a Urgent Fury or GameBattles... it will start to run itself. You'll need a special Website and software to track the stats and competitions standings. I think sanctioned organized competitions will be huge in BF4 and COD. That E-Sports system thing built into BF4 will be useless for general competitions for Platoons and Clans like ours. Or.... you could take all your extra cash and buy a sail boat... and you and the wife could sail around the Caribbean drinking pina coladas!!! I think I like that idea better!!!! Can I take your wife with me????? | |

| THANKS RED, YOU HELPED OUT A LOT. I WASNT SURE ON THE COPY RIGHTING STUFF. ALSO, I WAS MIXED ON THE GETTING PEOPLE OUT OF THE COMFORT HOME AND INTO A LOCATION. I JUST FIGURED GETTING FRIENDS TOGETHER SOUNDED GOOD, BUT I GUESS YOUR RIGHT ON THE POINT OF PEOPLE BEING HAPPY WITH STAYING HOME. I REMEMBER WHEN I WAS A YOUNG LAD, THE BLOCKBUSTER IN MY TOWN, WOULD THROW GAMING COMPETITIONS TWICE A MONTH. THE PLACE WOULD GET PACKED OUT. ALL THEY HAD SET UP WERE A SUPER NES, SEGA GENESIS, AND ANOTHER CONSOLE THAT I CANT REMEMBER. THEY WOULD POST UP 3 DIFFERENT GAMES, EACH ON A DIFFERENT CONSOLE, AND WHO EVER HAD THE TOTAL HIGHEST POINTS WON SOMETHING. IT WAS A BLAST, AND WHEN THEY STOPPED HOLDING THEM, IVE BEEN WANTED TO DO SOMETHING SIMILAR SINCE. I ALSO LOOKED AT IT IN A FANTASY FOOTBALL KINDA WAY. WHEN YOU GET ENOUGH PEOPLE TOGETHER TO START A LEAGUE, YOU CAN JUST SIGN UP ON A WEBSITE AND HOLD YOUR DRAFT. BUT MOST PEOPLE LIKE TO GET TOGETHER AND HANGOUT DURING THE DRAFTS. AND IM SURE THERE IS SOME LOOP HOLE AROUND THE COPYRIGHT ISSUE. MAYBE INSTEAD OF PEOPLE PAYING MONEY TO RENT THE GAME, I CAN SAY ITS TO RENT SPACE OR SOMETHING. BUT FOR NOW ITS A PIPE DREAM, JUST TRYING TO SEE ALL THE DIFFERENT ISSUES THAT WILL POP UP. THANKS FOR THE REPLY, ITS OPENED MY EYES TO OTHER SITUATIONS AND OPPORTUNITIES.
